In-person counseling at 625 N Meramec Station Rd for clients who prefer a dedicated clinical setting.
Flexible access · Private pay
Focused counseling without making distance the deciding factor: Missouri telehealth, the Ballwin office, and limited appropriate on-site appointments create more than one way to do serious work.

Three access paths
The only New Pathways office is in Ballwin. This page does not claim a Wildwood or St. Albans location; it explains the legitimate ways residents of these communities may use the practice.

Secure remote sessions from a private setting when travel time would interfere with consistency or scheduling.
When appropriate, Brian may meet at a suitable public or professional office in the St. Louis area.
Biweekly or monthly work can fit a defined goal without recreating a conventional weekly therapy schedule.
What flexibility does not mean
Telehealth and on-site access are not shortcuts around fit, privacy, or professional standards. On-site appointments are limited, depend on an appropriate setting, and are not automatically available.
New Pathways remains an outpatient counseling practice. It does not provide crisis response, medication management, detoxification, court-mandated evaluation, or a substitute for a higher level of care.

Who tends to benefit
The model often fits physicians, owners, executives, professionals, parents, and leaders, but occupational status is not the qualification. The useful characteristics are stability, motivation, a defined goal, and willingness to engage direct feedback.
For some clients, reducing the travel burden makes it easier to protect the work without putting counseling at the center of the week.
What to discuss first
During the consultation, explain what you want to change, whether privacy or professional visibility affects the decision, and which setting is realistically sustainable.
The conversation can then determine whether the issue fits New Pathways and whether Ballwin, telehealth, or a limited on-site option is appropriate.
