Discretion and defined goals
For adults balancing private concerns with family, leadership, and professional responsibilities.

For adults who want a defined goal, direct work, and meaningful movement—not an open-ended treatment relationship without a clear destination.

The practice model
New Pathways is a private-pay counseling practice for stable adults working on a specific issue. Sessions are $275 for 50 minutes. Insurance is not accepted or billed, and the usual cadence is biweekly or monthly when that fits the goal.
Private pay is not a status symbol and does not guarantee anonymity. It is a practical structure for clients who value choice, discretion, a defined scope, and counseling decisions that are not organized around insurance requirements.
